How many entries?

One randomly assigned entry, $1–$500.

Your name and email are collected on the secure card form in the next step and are held by UHN Foundation and the payment provider. This site does not store them.

I understand that one available entry number from 1 to 500 will be assigned to me at random. My card will be charged the same dollar amount as that entry number, between $1 and $500. I will not see my exact entry number or payment amount until the payment is successful.
